Race Horse Development Fund

Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Feeney, O'Connor, Brady, Gomez and Cronin, Ms. Moran and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new text be amended by striking out Section 30 and inserting in place thereof the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION 30. Section 6 shall take effect on January 1, 2025.

SECTION 31. Section 7 shall take effect on January 1, 2027.”.
