Withdrawal of Funds

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 8, by striking subsection (vi) of subsection (2) in section 3 of new chapter 23N, and replacing it with the following language:-

“allow a consumer to withdraw funds without further solicitations or promotions in the manner in which the funds were deposited”.
