Category 2 Operators

Messrs. O'Connor and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 8 by striking the definition of “Category 2 license” beginning in line 84 and inserting in place thereof the following new definition:-

““Category 2 license”, a license issued by the commission that permits the operation of sports wagering through 1 mobile application or other digital platform approved by the commission.”
