Athlete and Players Association Notification

Messrs. Feeney, O'Connor and Timilty move that the proposed new text be amended in section 8, by striking out, in line 521, the words “or court order” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “, court order or a collective bargaining agreement with a players association”.
