Technical Changes

Messrs. Crighton and Gomez move that the proposed new text be amended in section 1, by inserting after the word “section”, in line 9, the following words:- "or a learner’s permit pursuant to Section 8B";  and

in section 7, by inserting after the word “as”, in lines 56 and 68, the following words:- “required by federal law or as”.
