Community liaison to assist the Registrar

Ms. Chandler moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end the following:-

"There shall be within every office that administers drivers’ licenses including every Registrar’s office in the Commonwealth, a designated community liaison with legal experience and DEI training to assist with technical assistance including but not limited to 1) the assessments of accepted documents 2) use of phone-based interpretation services 3) serve as a reference for resources of legal assistance to applicants who apply to receive drivers’ licenses."
