Identical licenses and limited use

Ms. Chandler moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end of SECTION 9 the following paragraph:-

“The drivers’ licenses in this section shall look identical to regular drivers’ licenses and shall be used solely for drivers’ identification purposes. Provided further that Section 1 is further amendment at the end of the paragraph by adding “Drivers’ licenses in this section shall not be a consideration of an individual’s citizenship or immigration status.”
