Ensuring voting integrity

Messrs. Tarr, Moore and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended in line 80 by striking the word, "may" and inserting in place thereof:-"shall"; and

By inserting in 85 after the word "law" the following:- "provided that said procedures and regulations shall be filed with the clerks of the House and Senate not later than 60 days before implementation, and provided that no licenses authorized under this act shall be issued unless and until said procedures and regulations are implemented".
