Sharing of information with regards to automatic registration

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after the word "law" in line 85 the following- "which regulations shall provide for the sharing of information provided by or relating to an applicant insofar as necessary to prevent such automatic registration".
