Not valid for identification

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary any license issued pursuant to this act shall bear the words 'Not valid for identification', prominently written and in bold text."
