Debarment of  employers who violate certain federal laws from contracting with the Commonwealth

Mr. Pacheco moves that the proposed new text be amended by adding after Section__ the following new SECTION__:-

"SECTION__.  Chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby amended in Section 29F(c), in the first line by removing the word “may” after the word “Debarment” and replacing it with the word “shall” and by removing the following words: “but, debarment shall be imposed in all causes where debarment is required by law.”
