Messrs. Collins, Moore and Timilty move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1100-2516, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute Corporation for the costs associated with the acquisition, design and construction of the Center for Healing, Teaching and Learning to support people impacted by violence including, but not limited to, families victimized by homicide”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,000,000”.
