State Road Maintenance in Milton

Mr. Timilty moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1100-2516, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the department of conservation and recreation for updating and maintaining the landscaping, curbing, sidewalks and lighting on the Truman parkway in the town of Milton; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the department of conservation and recreation for updating and maintaining the landscaping, curbing, sidewalks and lighting on the Blue Hills parkway in the town of Milton"; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$1,500,000".
