Devens Jurisdiction Study

Mr. Eldridge moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1100-2516, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the town of Ayer to administer a study concerning a permanent government structure for the ongoing operation and administration of the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,400,000”.
