Building Projects and Renovations in the Towns of Franklin and Millis

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1100-2516, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Franklin Ridge senior housing development in the city known as the town of Franklin; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Lansing Millis memorial building renovation project in the town of Millis”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,500,000”.
