Worcester Door Controls

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1100-2516, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the city of Worcester for the purchase and installation of door access controls ”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,000,000”.
