Stoughton Infrastructure Improvements

Mr. Timilty moves that the proposed new text be amended in item 1100-2516, in section 2, by inserting the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $425,000 shall be expended to the town of Stoughton for costs associated with the construction of a new fire department headquarters; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the town of Stoughton for the design and construction of a pickle ball court"; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$1,500,000".
