Belchertown State School demolition and reclamation

Mr. Lesser moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1100-2516, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for demolition and reclamation at the former Belchertown state school in the town of Belchertown”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,500,000”.
