Winthrop Seawall

Ms. Edwards moves that the proposed new text be amended in item 1100-2516, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $900,000 shall be expended for the expansion and restoration of the seawall located at Point Shirley in the city known as the town of Winthrop”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,900,000”.
