Amendment 12

Relative to retain law enforcement discretion

Mr. Cronin, Ms. Gobi and Ms. Moran move that the proposed new draft be amended in line 55 by striking the phrase “subject to appropriation” and inserting in place thereof the following:- "at the discretion of the district attorney or attorney general, limited to the following purposes, without further appropriation, and shall be distributed equally between the prosecuting district attorney or attorney general and city, town or state police department involved in the seizure".
