Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves to amend the bill in section 7, by striking out, in lines 175 to 179, inclusive, the words “For fair hearing requests that are pending for more than 180 days at any time during the fiscal year, except for requests that have been stayed at the request of the district attorney, the report shall provide the number of such cases, how many have been heard but not decided and how many have been decided by the hearing officer but not yet issued a final agency decision.”; and

in said section 7, by inserting after the word “information.”, in line 164, the following sentence:- “For fair hearing requests that are pending for more than 180 days at any time during the fiscal year, except for requests that have been stayed at the request of the district attorney, the report shall provide the number of such cases, how many have been heard but not decided and how many have been decided by the hearing officer but not yet issued a final agency decision.”.
