Annual reporting regarding supply

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in 427 after the word, "needs" the following:-"Thereafter, the department shall submit an annual report for the next 5 years with updates. All reports under this section shall be posted on the department's website and the general court's website".
