Data Collection

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new draft be amended in Section 10 by striking subsection (v)(3) and subsection (v)(4);

and moves further that the bill be amended in subsection (b) of Section 15 by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; and (v) the data that the department needs to collect from providers that are recipients of operational grants.”
