Subsidized Early Ed Programs

Mr. Moore, Ms. Moran and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 9, in proposed clause (e) of the second paragraph of section 2 of chapter 15D, by striking out subclause (1) and inserting in place thereof the following subclause:- “(1) a rate structure for voucher and contracted payments to providers of subsidized early education and child care programs and services on behalf of income eligible and other at-risk children based on meeting the cost of providing high-quality early education and child care programs to such children in conformity with federal and state law, regulations and quality and safety standards”.
