Cultural Competency and Implicit Bias Training

Mr. Gomez and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new draft be amended in Section 14, in line 305, by striking the words “and (iv)” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “(iv) provide cultural competency and implicit bias training to all current and future employees, provided that said qualified trainings shall be determined by the department; and (v)”.
