Out-of-network provider requirement extension

Ms. Friedman moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following section:-

“SECTION 1A. Section 75 of chapter 260 of the acts of 2020, as amended by section 3 of chapter 22 of the acts of 2022, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “July 31, 2022” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- January 1, 2025.”.
