Rights of Way Acquisitions

Mr. Cronin moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2F, in item 6720-2261, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for costs associated with the right-of-way acquisition, engineering and construction of a single-lane roundabout at the intersection of state highway route 119, Townsend road and Proctor road”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$4,000,000”.
