Promoting Patient-Provider Choice

Ms. Rausch and Mr. Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section 9, the following new section:-

"SECTION 9A. Said chapter 112, as so appearing, is hereby amended in section 12P by striking out the second sentence."
