Combating Fake Women’s Health Centers

Ms. Rausch, Ms. DiZoglio, Mr. Eldridge and Ms. Edwards move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section 9, the following new section:-

“SECTION 9A. Said chapter 112, as appearing, is hereby amended by inserting the following new section:-

Section 12S. The department of public health, in consultation with Reproductive Equity Now, Inc., shall create and publish on its website and in print copy, as practicable, a list of abortion provider facilities opting to be included on said list. The listing shall be updated annually. The online listing shall be updated more frequently, as required or requested by a provider or provider facility and shall be sortable by geographic region.”
