Continuing Third-Party Delivery Cost Containment for Restaurants

Ms. DiZoglio moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 63 the following section:-

SECTION XX. Subsection (b) of section 98 of chapter 358 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “until the termination of the COVID-19 emergency”.
