Ms. Gobi and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7070-0065, by inserting after the words “not less than $7,000,000 above the amount made available in fiscal year 2021;” the following:

“provided further, that not less than $22,000,000 shall be made available for the Gilbert Grant; "

And further amend said item, by striking out the figure "$125,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$147,400,000".
