School Service Contracts

Messrs. Boncore, O'Connor and Gomez moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 63 the following sections:-

SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of section 12 of chapter 92 of the acts of 2020, as most recently amended by section 39 of chapter 201 of the acts of 2020, is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “2021” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2022.

SECTION XX. Subsection (d) of said section 12 of said chapter 92, as most recently amended by section 40 of said chapter 201, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “and fiscal year 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- , fiscal year 2021 and fiscal year 2022.

SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of section 13 of said chapter 92, as most recently amended by section 41 of said chapter 201, is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “2021” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- 2022.

SECTION XX. Subsection (c) of said section 13 of said chapter 92, as most recently amended by section 42 of said chapter 201, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “and fiscal year 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- , fiscal year 2021 and fiscal year 2022.
