Berkshire Flyer Project Manager

Mr. Hinds moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be provided to the Berkshire Regional Transit Authority for the employment of a project manager for the Berkshire Flyer seasonal rail service"; and in said item by striking out the figure:- "$390,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- "$430,000".
