Messrs. Tarr and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for costs to provide technical and financial assistance, including, but not limited to, facility improvements and staff training, to upgrade custom slaughter operations and exempt poultry operations to United States Department of Agriculture inspected operations”; and

in said section 2, in said item 2511-0100,  by striking out the figure "$8,626,467" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$8,726,467".
