North River Commission

Messrs. O'Connor and Brady, Ms. Moran, Messrs. Timilty and Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following words:- “provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for the funding of the North River Commission, pursuant to the Legislature’s Scenic Protective Order of 1978;” and by striking out the figure “$150,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$200,000”.
