Burrs Pond Conservation Area in Seekonk

Mr. Feeney moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to assess the structural concerns at the Burr’s pond dam in the Burrs pond conservation area in the town of Seekonk"; and by striking out the figure "$150,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$175,000".
