Sailing Center Youth Programming

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Harry McDonough Sailing Center, Inc. and its youth programming" and in said item by striking the figure "$150,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000"
