Deerfield River Study

Mr. Hinds and Ms. Comerford moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be provided to the Franklin Regional Council of Governments to conduct a study of the Deerfield River and its use in Franklin County"; and in said item by striking out the figure:- "$390,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- "$490,000".
