Mr. Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following words:-

“; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Andover for  environmental and recreational improvements, including the access, engagement and climate resiliency efforts outlined in the Shawsheen Master Plan and improvements to Eugene V. Lovely Memorial Field”; and in said section 2, in said item 2810-0122, by striking out the figure “$150,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$200,000”.
