Staffing to fulfill the requirements of An Act Creating a Next Generation Roadmap for Massachusetts Climate Policy

Mr. Barrett, Ms. Rausch, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Comerford, Mr. Moore, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Messrs. Hinds, Collins, O'Connor, Crighton, Keenan, Cyr and Timilty and Ms. Jehlen moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding the following words:- “provided, that not less than $160,000 shall be expended for the executive office to hire personnel to aid in the implementation of chapter 8 of the acts of 2021”; and in said section 2, in said item 2000-0100, by striking out the figure “$11,427,196” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$11,587,196”.
