Chief Probation Officer Pay Equity

Mr. Collins, Ms. DiZoglio, Messrs. O'Connor, Keenan and Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0332-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following:- ";provided, that the salaries of the chief probation officers of the probate court shall be 81.57 per cent of the salary of the chief justice of said court, the salaries of the chief probation officers of the Boston municipal court shall be 81.57 per cent of the salary of the chief justice of said

court, the salaries of the chief probation officers of the juvenile court shall be 81.57 per cent of the salary of the chief justice of said court, the salaries of the chief probation officers of the district court shall be 81.57 per cent of the salary of the chief justice of said court, and the salaries of the chief probation officers of the superior court shall be 81.57 per cent of the chief justice of said court.
