Messrs. Moore and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5911-1003, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 be expended for the Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders at the University of Massachusetts memorial medical center and the University of Massachusetts medical school based on the patient-centered medical home concept"; and by striking out the figure "$81,259,472" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$81,309,472".
