Mr. Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0103, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $80,000 shall be expended to the Martha’s Vineyard Community Foundation"; and by striking out the figure "$27,546,186" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$27.626,186".
