Mr. Boncore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for Community Against Substance Abuse, CASA, in the town of Winthrop"; and by striking out the figure “$125,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$145,000”.
