Glidepath for Telehealth Reimbursement Parity

Mr. Gomez, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Feeney and Velis, Ms. Moran, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Lesser and Moore, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Timilty and Collins and Ms. Chang-Diaz moved that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following new section:-

Section XX. Section 79 of Chapter 260 of the Acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking the number "90" and inserting the number "180".
