Public Health Programming

Messrs. Collins and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: ";provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the Boston Public Health Commission for the purpose of public health services, prevention, public safety, and substance use disorder treatment at Melnea Cass and Massachusetts Avenue in the City of Boston" and in said item by striking out the figure "$21,049,963" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$22,049,963"
