Mr. Moore and Ms. Chandler moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by inserting after the words:- "fiscal year 2021" the following words:- "provided further that not less than $190,000 be expended to Veterans Inc. in Worcester" and by striking out the figure "$8,699,022" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- "$8,738,269".
