Mr. Moore, Ms. Chandler and Mr. Gomez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0250, by inserting after the words:- "fiscal year 2021" the following words:- "; and provided further that not less than $850,000 shall be expended for Veteran's Inc. in Worcester"; and by striking out the figure "$3,582,655"; and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$3,774,908".
