Prison Mitigation

Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Pacheco, Barrett and Feeney moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8900-0001, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $2,200,000 for municipalities hosting department of correction facilities"; and by striking the figure "$696,357,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$698,557,000".
