Messrs. Velis and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, ; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Fair Housing Center to protect Massachusetts’ residents from housing discrimination;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,596,502” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,746,502”.
